Setting goals is not that easy, at least if we want to set goals that will make us progress towards achieving them every day — meaning getting our asses from the bed; ignoring all those Instagram notifications to do deep work. We all know what we should do and what we want in life; in the end, it all depends on how we do it. And here, after trying out multiple goal-setting methods, I’ve concluded that the 5 step method which I’m about to tell you worked for me the most, and I believe it will work for you too — fingers crossed!
5 Steps to Achieving Goals:
- List all the audacious goals
- Divide the audacious goal into smaller goals
- Brainstorm all the possible challenges that might come up on your way to achieving the goals
- Think of detailed solutions to most problems
